Terms of Service

VioraScope is a software-as-a-service product research platform. It searches live marketplace listings, stores advertising examples and produces AI-assisted validation reports. Access is provided on a subscription basis through the plans published on our pricing page.

You must create an account with a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user; sharing logins across a team requires a plan that includes seats.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as merchant of record for all purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may not resell, scrape or redistribute VioraScope data in bulk, attempt to bypass usage quotas, reverse engineer the service, or use it for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party intellectual property. We may suspend accounts that do.

Marketplace data is supplied by third-party sources and is shown as returned; fields a source does not provide are marked unavailable rather than estimated. Validation scores, margins and projections are informational only, are not guarantees of results and are not professional financial or investment advice. Business decisions you make are your own.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Third-party data sources may change or restrict access. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VioraScope's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these terms, with pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period where required by law.
