Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name and authentication metadata, created when you sign up.

Usage data: searches you run, products you validate, validation reports and plan usage counters, so we can show your history and enforce plan quotas.

Billing data: plan, subscription status and renewal dates. Card details are never sent to or stored by VioraScope — they are collected directly by Paddle.

Technical data: log entries and error reports containing IP address, browser type and timestamps.

To provide the service and your account (contract), to bill and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest), to secure and improve the platform (legitimate interest) and to send service emails. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Paddle.com Market Limited (payments, merchant of record), our cloud hosting and managed Postgres/authentication provider, and the marketplace and AI APIs used to produce research results. Each processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.

Account and validation history are kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, except billing records, which are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@viorascope.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Paddle may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely.

Data is encrypted in transit, database access is protected by row-level security so users can only read their own records, and API credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
